Lauren Upton, PA-C, joined our team in 2013. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go Heels!) with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 2005. She earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2009. Lauren currently sees patients at the Round Rock, Cedar Park and Austin clinics.
After graduating from UTSW, Lauren spent three years in the Dominican Republic working with Makarios as their Medical Administrator for a school of local children. She moved back to her hometown of Austin in 2013 with her husband Andy. They have two kids who bring tons of laughter to their lives. In her free time, Lauren likes to read, go to the park and enjoy time with her family.
